A freind of mine who works for Apple said that two out of three cases of Xerox sueing Apple for copyright infringement were denied and the third looks bad. Is this true? I'm surprised I haven't heard anything about this. Patrick Horgan phorgan@cup.portal.com

Meaning, the merits of the case weren't considered- some legal procedures hadn't been correctly followed. (I think Xerox might have waited too long to press their claim.) I don't know about the charages that weren't dropped, though.
