I have downloaded from ABCFD20 the Crionics megademo and can say that it is one of the better Demos I have ever seen . 1) Graphics : It has one of the cleanest 3d filled vector graphics around. (especially the first demo). one of the objects has shadows being projected . Wow. And it is remarkably fast. 2) Music : Some of the pieces are from the legendary SLL . One of the top amiga soundtrackers. Here again, he shows us his mastery of the musical note. The music is enough to spend time downloading the disk. remarks: it seems that the program runs better on a pal or 1meg agnus. a) my machine (ntsc, no ECS, 1.3) gurues at the end of part 1 of the MADONNA cartoon (while decrunching the second part ?) . by the way, the cartoon looks really like madonna and really cute animation . b) on the filled vector (very first demo), there is one part where there is fast ram garbage page flipping animation phenomena Characteristic of those programs accessing datas in fast ram thinking that they are in chip ram. bottom line : It is one of the demos you have got to own and see unless you want to die as the village idiot.
