Does anyone have any idea how to mark a block as bad on a floppy or hard disk? I know DOS does it if you hit CANCEL on the read/write error requester, but I can find no reference to it in any manual. I also cannot find any means of doing it in the RootBlock or UserDirBlock blocks. Help! (By the way, I looking for a way to do this from C, not for a program that does it for me). -- David Plummer - via FidoNet node 1:140/22 UUCP: ...!alberta!dvinci!weyr!70!David.Plummer Domain: David.Plummer@f70.n140.z1.FIDONET.ORG Standard Disclaimers Apply...
