[comp.sys.amiga] Real Systems

a596@mindlink.UUCP (Terry Palfrey) (08/10/90)

One first considers the task for which a machine will be used.
Then one examines the budget.
Then one looks for a reasonable resolution/compromise to the variables and
their relative values, if none is appropriate a re-evaluation process starts.
It is not the machine.
It is not the operating system.
It is the contribution to the human experience (personal or species) that
results.
All else is personal preference only and I could care less about continual
sniping/snapping/baiting because at the far end of the road is enormous power,
capacity, storage and common (but configurable) environment and interface.
I personally enjoy a multitasking graphics environment at my beck and call, if
I needed more I would go and seek it out regardless if it was a Woozo or a
Bammer.
