Further to the discussions about the high cost of AmigaVision, let me offer my congratulations to the Canadian marketing types for their excellent policy. They are currently offering AmigaVision for $60 (Canadian!) to all members of a registered user's group. This offer is in effect until November 15. Several user groups are currently offering this deal, and it is probably beneficial for US people to join a Canadian group just to take advantage of this. For instance, if you chose to join our local user's group (AmUsers in Victoria, B.C.), you could send us a cheque for $18 (for the membership) plus $60 (for AmigaVision), and you'd get your AmigaVision for only $78. That works out to about $65 US. You won't have the hassles of normal mail order, either, since Commodore will be handling the mailouts directly from themselves to the end user. Those interested in become AmUsers members are invited to drop me e-mail for further details. Hats off to Commodore Canada! .../Ed Preferrred: Eduard.Wilts@BSC.Galaxy.BCSystems.Gov.BC.CA Ed Wilts Alternate: EdWilts@BCSC02.BITNET (604) 389-3430 B.C.
