For all of you who have that "one damned key that never works right",
here's a Cheap'n Easy solution:
Disassemble the keyboard (yes, all of those tiny screws).
Replace the rubber key mechanism of the BAD KEY with the key
mechanism of the DIVIDE KEY on the NUMERIC KEYPAD.
This key is NEVER used on my set-up, and even if it were,
there's another on next to the right shift-key.
Granted, they are mapped separately - but, I've never
had to use it and probably never will.
My left shit-key went dead and instead of buying a $120 keyboard,
I now don't have a functional divide key on my keypad, but have
a fully functional shift-key!
IMHO, it's worth every penny.
