Is there a way to paint on the amiga in just 256 colors? I've been asking around and the Lowell board has come up more than once. What is this board and what can it do, and where is it? I need to develop artwork for MCGA 256 colors 320x200 on the IBM but hate working on that cumbursome beast. Besides the mouse interface sensitivity sucks. The Amiga works in 12-bit, what is MCGA? 24-bit? 18-bit? I'm just an artist but understand some of the workings behind the shell. I could really use some info on this and hopefully I can come to some resolution (no pun intended... right) on this matter. -Steve M. Suhy-
