Are there any usenetters out there that are familiar with Mindware's PageFlipper/Plus FX? I'm doing about a 40sec accident recreation animation for a local specialist, and I need to have the timing exact to 30fps...no ANIM slowdowns can be tollerated what-so-ever. In most of the magazine articles that I've read, PFX is always mentioned because it gets around ANIMs limitations. The presentation platform that my partner and I will be using for the final animation will be a 6Mb (4Mb FAST/2Mb CHIP) A3000-25/40, and all of the frames will be either 704 x 480 x 4bits, or 352 x 480 x 6bits. I'll be learning what I need to get the animation scripted, but I'm concentrating on the modelling of the scenes and timing of movements right now. What I need to hear about are quirks that I might run into. Please respond via E-Mail...TIA!
