Make that 5 ! for the 386 bridgeboard, but why-o-why leap backwards for ms-dos compatability. I use Zenith 386's at work, I prefer my A1000, except AutoCAD isn't available for the Amiga. { Comp Sci. Bach. student/part-time-staff } I say this because when we unboxed and setup the Zenith 386's, 4 out of 6 were dead straight from the factory ! Maybe the new DynaCADD software will make the Amiga outdo AutoCAD. The _only_ ms-dos machines that have _not_ given us problems are made by tandy. _All_ others; Zenith, Aamazing, Pacard-Bell; have had problems straight out of the box ! In fact, I've seen more dead ms-dos machines than Amiga machines, but then I'm alone here in the use of an Amiga. The Pacard-Bell's die because we transport them from branch-campus to branch-campus each quarter. Where they are placed depends on where a particular business class is being taught. Yes, we've told the office types that damages them, and then they tell us that we are being uncooperative ! You all have fun now ya'hear. { Just a Texan living in Mississippi. } Hmmm. Maybe those who have had problems with the A3000, should be glad that you haven't had our problems with these ms-dos clones. Stretching an equipment budget is what we _have_ _to_ do ! No need to send me any mail over this, I'll be leaving soon for a better paying job. * <JMPIERCE@USMCP6.BITNET> Jim Pierce at Univ. of Southern Mississippi * Disclaimer: 'Documentation?
