I know this just went through this newsgroup a little while ago, and I saved it, truly I did, but alas, I also deleted it by accident... so now I am pleading with some kind soul out there to help me. I need some info on the new version of Amax (2.0?) that is/will just be released. All I can remember is that it supports hard drives and sound. What other features does it have? Does it support color? How much will/does it sell for? (the 2000 version) Will it work on a 3000? Has anyone out there used a macintosh program called 'Wings' with Amax? It's some sort of program that takes FourGen (accounting program) information and does color business charts. This is the reason I am suddenly interested in Amax. Our boss here wants to run Wings, and I think he is convinced that it will be cheaper to get a 2000 or 3000 than buying a Mac II, plus he will be getting an Amiga out of the deal. But we need to know the answers to the above questions, before we can proceed. Please Email, as I know this has went around before, and I don't want to waste more bandwith than I already have.
