	Take heed, all terrorists and other enemies of the United States
who would use nuclear weapons against its people! Steps are being taken(!) to
prevent you from using nuclear weapons for fun, profit, or political gain!
Already, the concerned citizens of Chico, California have joined forces 
against you and have passed a law(!) which makes dropping a nuclear
device on their fine city a crime punishable by a $500 fine or 6 months
in jail or both! ( repeat offenders may receive heavier sentences ).
