I have recently moved to Japan where the voltage is 100 volts, at 50Hz. I have an Amiga 1000--can I plug this in directly to 100 volts? Since my Amiga won't be here for another couple of months, I don't have my docs with me. Is there a problem running my monitor off this power supply? I don't want to spend the money for a transformer if I don't have to. Everything here is *so* expensive. I tried to mail this before, but it bounced. I've used my A-1000 in Japan w/o any probs. There's supposedly 1,000 Amiga users in Japan, not very popular. Only 1 Amiga dealer that I'm aware of - "Computer Science", somewhere within 2hr's riding of Tokyo. They do have a small user's group that came to the San Francisco last year to check out our user's groups. +----------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Dallas J.
