Has anyone else noticed that the function keys (F1, F2, F3, etc) are slow to respond under 2.0? I am talking about 2.0 running on a 3000. For example, when using Turbo Silver 3.0 SV the function keys are used to select objects. But to get them to work you have to hold down the key for a long time before it responds, then it repeats quite a bit. This is the same situation under the PD program VT100. You can assign strings to function keys for executable sequences. I have to hold down the function key for a long time, 5-10 seconds, before it will respond. I thought it might be something to do with the 3000 or my keyboard. But if I boot under 1.3 the same programs work properly. I don't know how universal the problem is. These are the only two programs I have tried using the function keys on. Any ideas?
