SHHH...is a volunter, national organization of hard of
hearing people, their relatives and friends. It is a non-
profit, non-sectarian eductional organization devoted to the
welfare and interests of those who, while not deaf, cannot
hear well.
My wife is starting a SHHH Chapter in Boulder and would like
to extend an inventation to anyone in the Denver or Boulder
aera who would be interested in finding out more information
about the organization to contact her or come to a meeting
September 14, 1983 at Memoral Hospital in Boulder, time
7:00pm. The address of Memoral is 311 Mapleton Ave Boulder.
Dr. Don Schilling will be speaking on, "Ear Diseases and New
Surgical Techniques" at the meeting on the 14th and
different speakers are scheduled for future meatings.

SHHH...(Self Help For Hard of Hearing People, Inc.) is a
symbol of hope for many people. It's a organization for
creating awareness about hearing loss, conducting classes,
referring people to medical professionals, representing hard
of hearing people, improving communication access and more.
SHHH...is a volunteer, national organization of hard of
hearing people, their relatives and friends. It is a non-
profit, non-sectarian educational organization devoted to
the welfare and interests of those who, while not deaf,
cannot hear well.
SHHH membership is currently over 4000 people in all 50
states, Canada, Australia, Europe and the Middle East.
The Boulder Chapter would like to extend an invitation to
anyone in the Denver or Boulder area who would be interested
in finding out more information about the organization to
contact Colette or come to a meeting October 12, 1983 at
Memorial Hospital in Boulder, time 7:30pm. The address of
Memorial Hospital is 311 Mapleton Ave, Boulder.
Tom Beyeler will be speaking on "The Art of Being Hard of
Hearing: A Personal Perspective."
