[comp.sys.amiga] summary re: amiga ccd astronomy

 Well Les, in earlier postings: Lick and Mount Palomar Observatories
are using Amigas to operate CCDs to digitize galaxies, nebulaes, etc.
The Mac also works well for that. I happen to own an Amiga and was
looking for software to run on my Amiga. I believe that you will find
that an Amiga is more color capable than the few colors you've listed.
Afterall, HAM mode gives 4,096 colors on screen, that is more than 256.
My original posting, from your reaction you probably didn't see it, was
a request for Amiga CCD software. { My flame was never on. Use whatever
computer makes your day. }

 { GAD ! I'm trapped by the flame-throwers and all I wanted was a
   little help ! }
[ I guess that'll teach me ! ]

"8^) Bye.
