I ordered several month ago a memory board for my A500. I live in Grenoble (a french town). They first loose my order but they not loose my credit card number !!! I had to phone several time from france (4 or 5) to ask them to find my order; my bank account was already debit a few days after the first call. After the fifth call, the refound my order which was not registred under the good name (my last name instead of my first name)! One month later I received the order. Globally I had to wait four months and to pay several international phone calls (they did'nt accept to call back me). Hope this helps Olivier Bordes olivier@hpgnd.hp.com
