[comp.sys.amiga] BORGEN

wdao@girtab.usc.edu (Walter Dao) (09/01/90)

on the new Xanth dir (abcd something 128.155.23.64) there is a subdir called
BORGEN with demos in there. The one called BATMAN seemed to crash my machine.
(it crashed after self decrunching) giving me a guru. By the way I have
a 1.3 US and old Chips machine. So I think that the programmers must have used
some weird rom calls. Anyway it is to warn you.
(the demo - it is just one file - loaded ok , no 121 file error or such thing).

by the way, if you still want to listen to the music (just the music, so there
is not going to be any visual animation). The music is a standard
noise/soundtracker module. It is very easily "rippable".
legality of such ripping ? The author put the module in Public domain (he
states it clearly .... you'll see what I mean after you have done it . )

ps : by the way, the music starts up great but doenst have a great ending (got
lazy ? ) . It is an ok piece, not great, I listened to it twice and then
deleted it . (too much disk space for the quality).
