[comp.sys.amiga] Amiga Aided Dungeon Design

I want to do a little CADDing, that's Computer Aided Dungeon
Designing, and am looking for advice.

The problem: I want to make object oriented drawings of maps,
so that I can zoom in on an area, say a room, and add detail
to that part of my map. I would like to be able to print
out the entire map on one sheet of paper, and to be able to
print out zoomed areas at high mag. It would also be nice
if I could add a 1" dotted line grid to the zoomed printouts,
so I could use these as my battlemats! I would also like to
not have to spend the bucks for a full blown CAD system (I
don't need parts lists or circuit emulation!).

The hardware: Amiga 1000, 30MB HD, 1.5MB RAM, Panasonic 1080i
 printer (uses EpsonX print-driver).

Available Software (already purchased): DPaint II, Word Perfect,
 PageSteam, Sculpt 3D, Dungeon Master's Assistant I & II.

Other constraints: Although I have an Amiga 1000 now, I don't
want to buy anything that can't run on a 3000. When my savings
 account grows to the price of a 3000 with a 68040 (4000?), I'll
 make my move.
