[net.general] How can I get RFC's?

How can I get ahold of the RFC's that you always hear people talking about,
and occasionally see?  I would also like to get my hands on a list of the
ones that are available, including some indication of whether each is
'current' (not superceded by another one) or not.  Can anyone help me
with this stuff?
