Hi all, I have a major question? I am presently running an Ami 1000 with LUCAS/FRANCES (4M stuffed) @ 20Mhz and this baby runs SOLID!. Anyway, The problem is now the Xetec Fasttrack drive doesn't auto boot. I have 1.3 so that's not it. I removed the auto boot jumper in the SA-10 and tried to just use the drive NO LUCK. So I went back to the WEDGE hard drive interface and it works fine. Any hints fixes help of any kind would be excellent! P.S. Has anyone else got this configuration or close to it. I want to add a Rejuvenator next if possible! -Animal " An Ami without speed is just a day without Graphics "

I was running an A1000 with a Hurricane accelerator, and had similar problems with a Xetec hard drive controller. I built a bus terminator (it's been on the net a couple of times) and away went the problem. Later I installed a Rejuvenator, which rejuced bus noise, as most of it came from the Kickstart daughter board which the Rejuvenator replaces, and now I don't need the terminator. Get the Rejuvenator, and solve all your problems. John Matthews
