I don't know if this is the proper forum for this discussion, but since I saw an article referring to Online! a few days back I thought I might as well ask: Why is it that when I boot up with Kickstart higher than 1.1, online! won't function properly? To be specific, when I operate in any terminal emulation other than tty(teletype), the keys corrosponding to vowels and the letter 't' only print out the number '4'. What is going on here? JRComm and a generic vt100 term program I have work OK, but the term program 'Wombat' from one of the early FF disks behaves oddly like Online! Is the problem stemming from the keymap in the DEVS directory? If so, how? I am not heavily experienced with the specifics of the Amiga DOS operating system, so please go easy on me with any really obscure technical details. Thanks much, --S. Delahunty P.S. This isn't really a problem since I use JRcomm most of the time, I'm just curious.
