Ok. I bought some ram a couple months ago, after buying them through mail order I realized I could get them at a better place. They already sent it. I cancelled my order. So, my question is: Can they reallygive me an invoice for restocking even if I never really received them. It never touched my hands. $71 is quite a bit for not receiving a thing. If I didn't pay them, is it known for mail order companies to sue for under $71.

Wait a minute, if you never received it, they never sent it. IAt most, they would have taken it off a shelf and wrapped it. I can't see a business charging you $71 for that. If you paid w/ a credit card, call the bank and dispute the charges. Jason
