Has anybody noticed that the Commodore/Amiga crew has been spending a lot of time on the net recently? And I thought that Commodore kept them locked up... Does this imply that they have more time on their hands suddenly ==> finished products ready to ship (new machines, new software)? Any comments Amiga crew? Any comments Amiga crew? I can't answer for anyone else. For me, personally, it means that I have been doing gate array simulations lately. Each simulation takes a minute or two, best case, to run. That's not enough time to do much in the way of useful work, but certainly enough time to reply to a message or two inbetween simulator runs. >Ralph Seguin | Drinking a pan-galactic gargle blaster is -- Dave Haynie Commodore-Amiga (Amiga 3000) "The Crew That Never Rests" {uunet|pyramid|rutgers}!cbmvax!daveh PLINK: hazy BIX: hazy Standing on the shoulders of giants leaves me cold -REM

Dave's doing gate array simulation.. Lets see what that could be... -- Improved or CBM SCSI chip -- 8 bit CHIP set -- 16 bit sound chip -- A PLD processor so we can download microcode to emulate ANYONE :-) I'm glad to see CBM employees on the hardware side are keeping themselves gainfully employed, now what about the MARKETING side (Edu. Division excluded WHEN Howard D. spills all about SVR4) Margaritas For The Masses!!! -- adam hill Everybody lies about sex. hill@evax.arl.utexas.edu BOING!4Ever Rub HER feet!
