[comp.sys.amiga] 2.0's interlaced windows

bbs00244@uafcseg.uucp (Viet Ho) (09/26/90)

You CBM guys have done a wonderful
job putting together 2.0's look.
However, I still have a gripe about
the way the windows are displayed
in interlaced mode. Why is it that
the vertical border/slider bars
are fatter then the horizontal ones?
How many A3000 users are going to
have their WB screen in 640X200 lo-res
mode???

Take a look at SoftWood Logic's (sp? the
people who did PenPal) Electronic Thesaurus (ET)
user interface. The window's imagery and fonts
adjusts to the resolution specified. BTW, I
love the NeXtStep gadgets on that one. Hope they don't
into get trouble.

Me! (I can't stand flicker and I can't afford a multisync monitor on
top of the A3000)
