About a million people have asked me at least
one of the following questions:
1) Does the 14 MHZ hack work in the 1000?
2) Does the 14 MHZ hack work in the 1000 with a spirit inboard.
3) Does is really screw up df0:
4) Have you done this hack?
5) What is the maning of the universe?
Ans 1) No. The hack will abbsolutely positively *NOT* work
2) No way. No how. Forget it.
3) Yes, it really screws up Df0: and I also assume df1, or df2 (as mine is set up)... with the 74f74, there shuold be a way to get the step right,
but as of yet, noone has convinced me that they have solved this problem.
4) I have not done this hack yet. I will, as soon as I get a blasted
74F74 chip, then, yes, I will do this.
