I would like some info on B&W hand scanners for the Amiga. I have checked out The Migraph scanner at a local store. It, and it's software seem to work very well. I also read it's review in the Nov 90 Amiga World. The Migraph is the most expensive of the three scanners that I know of. The other two are: One from Coast-to-Coast Technologies. They call it the GS4500. They want US$269.00 for it. The other is the Han-D-Scan. I don't know who makes it, but Briwall wants US$309.00 for it. Does anyone have any expirence with the above mentioned scanners, or with any others? The software that comes with it is as important as the quality of the scanner. If I have to go out and spend $100.00 on Dpaint in order to clean up and use the scanned immages, then I might as well get the Migraph, which has excellent software. Thanks in advance!! P.S. I already know about the JX-100. I just can't afford one! :-( -- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- These words be mine.
