I need assistance in setting up an account to access USENET newsgroups. Unfortunately, I have very little knowledge of what is required to do this. What software do I need? The system I'll be using is a Sun running SunOS, and I have FTP available. Someone told me it was possible to read the news from a server (assuming one has the software and the right setup) without having to actually receive the files on one's machine. This is the way I would like to go if possible. Please reply by e-mail, as I know this is not directly related to the Amiga. If there is some other group to which I should address this question please let me know (perhaps the same person would be kind enough to forward this message to the right group, as I only know how to post to c.s.a. via amiga-relay).
