Now, can someone please tell me how to get Handshake 2.12a to do downloadable character sets (DRCS) correctly? I seem to recall somewhere someone vehemently insisting that they worked. We have several programs that take advantage of soft characters, and they work on our Digital VT-220, VT-320, VT-330, VT-340's and our Wyse 85 and 99 gt's (although not as well on the 99gt's). They produce blank characters in handshake. Is this a problem in handshake, or does it need something configured. I have a friend that still uses handshake 1.50 because it does not "lie" to the vax and say it does soft characters when it doesn't. (his words, paraphrased).
