>It seems that you're not comparing apples to apples, then, in >comparingAmigaVision (an announced, shipping product) to these vapor >Mac apps. (I don't mean "vapor" in a disparaging way, just that they >aren't yet real.)Are you equally "in" on various Amiga developers' >product plans? Actually the product I have mentioned are not Vaporware. They are announced shipping products. (Or at least they wre available to me at the convention. I do not have access to the product plans of Amiga developers. However, the reason that I am aware of what Mac developers are planning, is that they have been intorduced to my employer by Apple. I don't know if Commodore does the same, but I think that they should. If they already are that's great. I don't want to flame any Amiga developers or Commodore. I just don't want anyone thinking the Amiga is the only multi-media machine. One thing I do know is that better does not always equal success. (Betamax pops into my mind.) Of course everything I say or can be inferred are my own thoughts and opinions and in no way reflect those of my employer. ====================================================================== Brian -- --------------------------------------------------- Brian YAMANAKA Sony Corporation, Consumer Video Group Email: yamanaka@cv.sony.co.jp
