Well, I just found another magazine to add to my list...it's called PIXEL VISION, The Computer Image Magazine. It's a tabloid size publication (read BIG) using very heavy stock. Lots of color, LARGE images (this issue #2 has a big section on HDTV with some breathtaking photos), some full page! It is kinda on the expensive side, $6.95, but it's a bargain when you compare it to VERBUM at over $7. Go check it out at your local newsstand, library, or software store. I got this one from WaldenSoftware, so just about all other stores should have it as well. Now if I could just find out how to get ahold of PIXEL, the Computer Animation People...
