I have been having difficulty sending the normal distribution of the
last two issues of the FishXref.
The following addressees are not getting their distribution due to
'Failed-Mail' problems.

As a result I am temporarily taking them out of the distribution list
pending address corrections. If anyone (addressee, postmasters,
acquaintances, etc) can provide a working address for any of these I will
gladly restore them to distribtution status.
