[net.general] Mail to dalcs has vanished.

	This is to notify anyone who has sent mail to dalcs in the past
three weeks that our mailer has been makeing like a black hole since about
December 20.  All incomming mail has been gobbled and I would ask that any
mail sent in that period of time be resent. The problem is now fixed (I
hope).
