I was wondering if anyone had information about the class action suit filed against Commodore by Lee Squitieri, or is familiar with class action suits in general. I received a notice about the lawsuit in the mail and was hoping someone familiar with the case could explain it in more detail. For those who haven't seen it, the gist of it is that Lee Squitieri is claiming that Commodore knowingly disseminated false information during the period June 5, 1989 through October 19, 1989 which caused the stock price to become inflated. This led to Lee S. losing money off of his stock purchase.
