For years, I've accused Radio Shack as being the 7-11 of the electronics biz. After all, where else can you buy a 74ls04 on Sunday? At any rate... Yesterday, I was in our local Safeway super store (Redmond). I happened to meander past their camera/watch/computer/hifi department and lo and behold, hanging on a pegboard hook were RS-232 plugs (DB-25's) and hoods. Furthermore, they had a small supply of computer forms (greenbar and bond tractor-feed paper) and books. Egads! Watch out Radio Shack! Here comes Safeway. Please don't direct flames at me for shopping at Safeway.
