[comp.sys.amiga] Compress 4.0

It's taken a while, but I finally got around to posting a new version of
compress on NewXanth.  It is:
        abcfd20.larc.nasa.gov:incoming/amiga/compress-4.0.zoo

It gets around the two bugs that were reported to me (thanks kim), that is
it allows long filenames, and will set the datestamp correctly.

Thanks to everyone who told me about sending ACTION_SET_DATE packets to
the handler to change the date.
