A couple of points... to those who were wondering: the A590 does work just fine with the Seagate, except the spin-up time in slow... Point 2: I'm not sure about the RAM working when the A590 is installed on a 1000, mine is a 500 Point 3: I'm sorry that mail, which was addressed to a singular user, got shuffled into general news. Apparently the "To" header has no effect when posted from FIDO, and people from Australia to Finland wound up reading what was supposed to be email... I'll revert to my BITNET account to send email. The flames were minimal, but much appreciated given the -26 temperatures here...
