I just finally got around to getting DNet set up here on brahms, & so far I like the program. I have a few questions, though.... Is there any way to get some semblence of real vt100 emulation? Editing in fterm windows isn't fun. When I open a new fterm, I get a message saying something like "mesg: can't change mode". Any ideas why? What kind of protocol does DNet use for transfers? What's the latest version of DNet, and are there any 'add-ons' around for it that aren't included in the distribution files? By the way, in answer to my own question of a week or so ago: yes, DNet does run on a 3000 under 2.0. -- Gibberish Amiga 3000 owner/fanatic.c is spoken Contact don@brahms.udel.edu for more information. here.
