Forget MED2.13 as a public domain sequencer. A sequencer it is not. It does not work in note on note off concept. It turns first note off when next note appears. If second note does not appear, the first note stays on and no note off is ever sent to synth. (so forget chords unless each note is a different track but you only record one track at a time.) I was reasonably impress with the package as a music experimentation package and the sample player is good. I suppose if I had a sampler keyboard that feature would be really neat. I was impressed with the couple of sequences/songs that were bundled with it, someone must really have invested the time to work around the note on/next note off limitations. -- --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Alan McDonley, Martin Marietta Information and Communication Systems (303) 977-3347 mcdonley@inlatlas.den.mmc.com P.O.Box 1260 ncar!dinl!mcdonley Denver,CO 80201-1260 Opinions are my own, not my employer's. --------------------------------------------------------------------------
