This turns out to be them relying on the Workbench video space being free
and clear.  If you close ALL the windows on Workbench, StarFlight runs just
fine, every time.  So much for the "Cannot be run from hard disk" claim in
the instructions :-)

I do think that StarFlight is a fairly crummy job of programming, though.
It's way too slow - the "takeoff" sequence runs about four times slower on
my 2000 than it did on my 4.77 MHz IBM PC.   Something very wrong about
that, since I thought it was slow then.  And using the WB bitplanes for
double buffering, without closing the WB first, is just plain rude.
It would have been TRIVIAL for MicroMagic to have allocated some other
RAM for their buffering, and to have let the multitasking alone.  It also
would have been much nicer (but then, when was EA ever concerned about
being nice to Amiga owners?).
