[comp.sys.amiga] Live! 1000 FrameGrabber For Sale.

orb@pnet01.cts.com (Randolph Turner) (11/30/90)

I am looking to sell my perfectly functioning Live! 1000 framegrabber. I've
got some things coming to me that will hog my expansion options, and will find
no use for it anymore.

If you aren't familiar with these beasts, they will grab 16 frames a second
in Mono, 12 in 32 colors, and 4 in HAM mode. It allows for "real-time"
effects like posterization, and pseudo-colors and will capture entire
animation sequences limited by the amount of RAM you have. I was able to
capture 32 non-interlace mono frames with 1 1/2 megs. It does a decent job
with a still color input (ie. Color Video Camera or a VCR capable of nice
stills) and works extremely well with mono sources.

I am asking a paltry $175 for the unit, with documentation and software.
And for an extra $10, I'll throw in some nice quality RGB lense filters for
color seperation (I paid $27 for the set at a camera store).

I will also consider trade for a WORKING SCSI harddrive.
