Hey guys. The next time someone does one of these my-computer-is-better- than-your-computer posts from another newsgroup, let us all try a new policy: IGNORE IT unless it seems like a reasonable request for comparable information. For example: 'My SuperFoo machine does X and Y in Z time, how well does the Ami do this?' would be a reasonable request and deserve a response. However, if someone say 'My SuperFoo machine does X and Y in Z time with tomorrows technology and the Slimega only does it in .z time and in half the BugaBoos! So roll over and die with envy or buy a SuperFoo!' then this person is obviously trying to start something. If nothing gets started then maybe they will go away. Don't try to get into an rwar with he/she/it, just totally ignore it unless they become reasonable or ask a reasonable question. Actually the only reason I'm asking for this is because I hit 'k' and half of comp.sys.amiga disappeared. Larry -- Larry Cline lcline@sequent.sequent.com lcline@crg8.sequent.com ".sig!
