[net.general] loan analysis program

I have posted to net.sources a loan analysis program for calculating
monthly payments, total interest paid, and the like.  I have also
included with it a derivation of how these values are calculated,
since I couldn't find any explanation of the formulas.
(I got tired of having to go to a PC-DOS system to calculate these
values.)
