[net.general] Washington State Smoking Bills out of Comittee

House bill 229, Restricting Smoking in Public Places made it out of
comittee yesterday.  It adds a $100 fine for violation.  You can
express your support by calling the legislative hotline (800-562-6000)
and leaving a message asking your representative to support it.

Also bill 1494 addresses smoking in the work place and it is out of
whatever comittee but in the rules comittee so it also has a chance.
