[comp.sys.amiga] Simple Animation

I have a couple of dozen similar IFF files that I want to splice together
into a simple, looping animation.  Isn't there something called 'makeanim'
or some such that does that?  And a player that goes along with it?

Could somebody point me at the basic PD animation maker and player, please.
