I have always had fairly strong opiums about copy protection. ;-)

  (Or is that opinions?)

Anyway, I felt left out in the cold by many sofware packages. I am
basically insecure when it comes to having only one copy of important
software!! I tried lots of backup programs, and then finally stumbled
into Mirror Hacker Package. This allowed me to understand many of the
most popular protection schemes and provided the tools to overcome
them. I won't give away their secrets. Just as I won't give away my
backups of other software. They deserve the money for their tools and
information. They have a good product!! You can find them through old
  copies of AmigaWorld. Buy it!!!

 by wanting programs, but knowing
that I couldn't back them up

Does anyone have a list of non-protected software? I want to begin only
buying non-protected software. I am getting a hard drive soon and it is
a waste to buy protected software at all when i want speed from the hard
disk. The point is, I would like a list of non-protection companies or
non-protection programs.

Perhaps others would like a compilation of a list too? Then we can begin
swaying our habits to the "more intelligently made" software. After all,
there is no honor in "cracking" unprotected software.
