In case you haven't heard, there was an extensive 30-60 minute segment of CBS's late night news program "Nightwatch", which apparently showed a LOT of the Toaster's killer effects and probably some Lightwave stuff too. If anyone out there has by any chance recorded this show, we'd really like to have a copy. The show was shown sometime during the wee hours of Dec. 14. The Toaster segment on Nightwatch was in the 10-15 minute range. They spent most of their time on fades/wipes/dissolves etc. They seemed to have only one monitor and didn't show ANY Lightwave or ToasterPaint. At the begining they had some LW anims and they showed a "colorized" pic that was chroma-keyed to a background. The NEAT thing was that they were displaying Toaster output on National TV!! I don't know how much they had to massage it but the words "TOASTER OUTPUT" was in the lower lefthand corner. Now if they could only get on Letterman and Carson!! -- adam hill hill@evax.arl.utexas.edu Make Up Your Own Mind.. AMIGA! Amiga... Multimedia NOW Most Common Phrase at DevCon '90 - "Shhhhhhh.."
