I am looking for a male/female to share a very nice two bedroom townehouse I'm renting in the Madison, NJ right on Rte 24. The apartment has a basement, 1st and 2nd floors. It has been completely remodeled (all new appliances, sanded and waxed hardwood floors, new kitchen cabinets, etc.). It has plenty of windows (white paned, with red-brick exterior..."New-England" look), is located within walking distance from the Madison train station, has parking facilities, and is located in a very quite area. I'm a 25 yr. old single male, very easy going and laid back...(except I can't tolerate a cig. smoker... so non-smokers only, please), I like to party, listen to music, and generally be relaxed at home. I'm looking for someone who is cool, not moody, and will respect my property (I've got lots of new furniture and rugs). I'm not home too often, so lots of time the apt would be all yours. Oh yes, the rent... $375/month + 1/2 heat (gas)... no lease, so you can pull out at any time.
