I have inserted the following lines in my ~/News/comp/sys/amiga/KILL file: /NeXT/:j /Next/:j This will kill all articles with NeXT or Next in the subject line. If you use rn or trn then you can type <CTL>K while you are reading in comp.sys.amiga, which will allow you to edit your KILL file without exiting to your shell. Then you can insert these lines, should you so desire. You can use this to kill any key word or words in article subject lines. Killing a subject means that all killed articles will be junked automatically by your newsreader before you have to read them. -- _. --Steve ._||__ DISCLAIMER: All opinions are my own.
