Where is the new version of Handshake? Is he going commercial? Or is there just a big delay in getting out the new release?

In the Feb issue of Amiga World, Tim Grantham describes an ARexx script
that uses Handshake V2.20. Does this shareware beast exist? Is it
available through anonymous ftp from some site? Does it support zmodem
protocol?
