Howdy! I have been having a small problem with gifmachine. When I convert pictures in their native resolution, they come out just fine, but I have to scroll around in them. When I append "XCOMP" to the end of the command to reduce their size, I get some garbage at the top. The pictures end up 320x480, but won't scroll down. I am using Mostra to view the resulting .sham files. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. Try to specifying "HEIGHT 400" to Mostra. The maximum that works for me is about 430. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The crew faces deadly GURUs! Mostra uses a file called startup-mostra in your s: directory for configuration info, btw... You might have it set for the wrong height/width info. > Mitch -- /**************************************************************** * All of the above copyright by the below. * * Bill Cavanaugh uunet!tronsbox!bleys * * "A language is a dialect with an army and a navy." * ****************************************************************/
